This listing is for the Classroom Kit and includes multiples of many items found in our Junior Archaeologist Kit.
Only months ago, my family attended an Archaeology Day for kids at a nearby park, and it was an enormous success. The one activity which was an obvious favorite for the kids was the mock dig site. The children used trowels, artifact bags, field journals, brushes, and sifters to find and document their dig. It was like hunting for buried treasure and created a visible spark of enthusiasm in the kids.
My boys (and I’m sure countless other children) left the event excited about continuing their archaeological studies and finding unique artifacts in their own yard, so I created this one-of-a-kind kit to assist them in their studies.
