We accept returns within 14 days of package delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we are no longer obligated to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any returned item which is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be subject to a repair fee (up to the total value of the product(s)).
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Books, custom orders, and downloadable content are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for the credit card company to process your refund. If you haven't received it within 7 days, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items purchased while on sale will be refunded at their sale price.
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an item replaced, send us an email at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
